1 General Terms

1.1 Applicable Law

1.2 Scope of Services

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open and use an account on the ba99c platform, you must meet the following conditions:

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, age, contact information, and financial details. ba99c may conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

3.3 Login and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the ba99c support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3.4 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number or email address), update them in your account immediately. ba99c will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Transactions on ba99c are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ba99c only accepts deposits from methods registered in the account holder's own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Completing the full identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• ba99c reserves the right to carry out further verification of unusual withdrawal requests.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal may be cancelled and the account suspended.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ba99c is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The deposit must be at least ৳100 to qualify for this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times in total before it can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳10,000 bonus, you must place ৳150,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specific period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• ba99c reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• To claim a bonus, your account must have complete and accurate information.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The ba99c VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are advanced through regular play. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.4% at Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver tier, and 1.2% at Gold tier. Detailed VIP terms and conditions apply separately.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on ba99c are governed by their own rules. Please read the rules of each game carefully before starting. If a problem occurs due to a technical fault on the part of the game provider, ba99c reserves the right to void the result of that round.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

6.3 Betting Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba99c platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the entire balance may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by the User
